经查，西安开往广州的普速列车为K228次、K84次、K1298次、Z232次、Z266次、Z136次列车，无K731次列车。2月21日至3月2日节后返程高峰期间，以上车次列车硬座客座率为130%以下，均在正常范围内，各车次列车工作人员在各趟值乘中，均按规定开展了车厢内巡视和客运服务，未发现硬座下躺人的情况。
