中国的“绿色账本”同样记录着对全球绿色发展的引领与担当。中国持续为各国尤其是广大发展中国家提供优质高效的绿色低碳产品，风电、光伏、新能源汽车等产品出口到200多个国家和地区，为全球提供了70%的风电设备、80%的光伏组件设备，推动全球风电、光伏发电成本分别下降超过60%和80%。在全球绿色转型的关键当口，中国深度参与相关领域全球治理，落实2030年国家自主贡献取得显著成效，郑重宣布新一轮国家自主贡献目标，并且与100多个国家和地区开展绿色能源项目合作。联合国环境规划署执行主任英格·安德森表示，中国可再生能源发展为全球气候行动作出突出贡献，中国的长期规划、产业能力与政策协调相结合所能实现的成就“将改变全球发展轨迹”。
